The CBC-PAC held its first fundraising event of the year on February 1st 2006, with Senator Evan Bayh (IN) as the special guest of honor. The event was held at a private home on Capitol Hill and was a great success, welcoming over 60 guests and 16 members of the Congressional Black Caucus. Senator Bayh’s message of providing economic opportunity, fighting civil and social challenges and finding common solutions was well received by the audience.
