Executive Director

Jessica Knight is the Executive Director of the Congressional Black Caucus PAC where she is responsible for developing and implementing the PAC’s fundraising strategy and overseeing all day-to-day operations.
Before joining the CBC PAC, Jessica was a fundraising consultant with Berger Hirschberg Strategies. She helped manage fundraising efforts for several high-profile political and not-for-profit clients, including Chris Dodd for President, Janet Napolitano for Governor (AZ), Jim Doyle for Governor (WI), Gregory Meeks for Congress (NY-06), the National Democratic Club, the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Foundation, and the Safe Blood for Africa Foundation.
In 2005, Jessica organized field and GOTV operations for the Virginia Coordinated Campaign in the Hampton Roads region, helping lead Governor Tim Kaine to his historic victory.
Jessica is an active volunteer with numerous service commitments in the Washington, DC area and her home state of Mississippi. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., serves as the Membership Chair of the Mississippi Society of Washington, DC and is a member of the Junior League of Washington.
A native of Hattiesburg, MS, Jessica graduated from Millsaps College in Jackson, MS with a double major in Political Science and English.
