Michael has over two decades of experience in business advocacy and strategic communication as well as federal and state government service. He is currently head of the Williams Group, a public policy and communications consulting firm specializing in government relations, public affairs, and corporate business development services. Michael holds a Bachelor of Sociology degree and Master of Public Administration degree from the State University of New York at Albany. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
